Refund Policy

Easy Returns :

360sec.in is happy to serve customer and fulfil their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return/exchange:

1.Product is used/altered/Defective product

2.Physical/in-transit damage to the product.

3.Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.

4.Wrong item sent.

In case the package meets the above mentioned criterion please provide clear photos. We would need pictures of the outer carton & damaged products to validate the complaint. Write to us at 360securitieshelp@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product, we will help you for return/exchange.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if customer tried to handle the product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage or if the product seal or the warranty seal of the branded product is broken. In this case the product can only be serviced (not returned or exchanged) at the authorised service centers of that particular brand. Please go through the list of branded service center information in the ‘Service Centres’ page.

Refund Policy :

Refund of a Product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

If the Product delivered is different from what you have ordered or if it gets damaged in transit, then the customer can request to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to customer within 14 working days. 360sec.in does not take any responsibility of a delay in refund due to the delays made by bank, calamities or national holidays. (Delivery delay due to reasons like natural calamities, unforeseen logistics restrictions, unavailability of the customer, etc. are considered exceptions and a refund request will not be entertained under such circumstances)
